This is the spot for Chicken. Like, slap you in the face type chicken. Juicy (dripping), meaty, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor. With all the food options here in Portland, it’s difficult to come back to the same location twice. Chicken and Guns is one of those spots where you crave and want to go back, and what do you know? We found ourselves standing in front of the cart, beer in hand, ordering our chimichurri chicken.
Our tip? Add that chimichurri sauce on everything. Everything. And don’t forget to grab a lot of napkins.
The salad? Ehh, nothing special, but you’re there for the chicken. The cart is located in a food truck sit down area, so bring some friends, and share some food! Try Potato Champion (located in the same plaza) if you’re looking to add on some calories to your meal!
